These terms govern your use of the komodoagents.ai website, the Komodo web apps, and the Komodo mobile apps published by Komodo Agents Inc — including Vouch, Coach, Scout and Sarthie (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to form a binding contract where you live. Keep your sign-in credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. One account is for one person — do not share it.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or use the Service to build a competing product; scrape or bulk-extract it; probe or interfere with its security; or use it to break the law or anyone else's rights.
You keep ownership of everything you put into the Service. You grant us the licence needed to run it for you — to store your content, send it to our model providers to generate responses, and display it back to you. We do not use your content to train models, and we do not sell it. You are responsible for having the right to upload what you upload.
The Service produces text and documents using large language models. Output can be wrong, out of date, or fabricated. It is not legal, financial, medical, employment, or professional advice. Check anything that matters before you rely on it — before you send a resume, accept an offer, or make a decision with consequences. You are responsible for what you do with the output.
Parts of the Service are free; parts require a paid plan. Paid plans renew automatically for the stated period until cancelled, and prices are shown before you buy. Cancel any time — you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable.
If you buy a subscription through Apple or Google in-app purchase, that purchase is billed by the store, managed in your store account, and refunds are handled by the store under its own policy. If you buy directly from us, Stripe processes the payment and we handle refunds.
Do not use the Service to harass, defraud, impersonate, or harm anyone; to generate unlawful content; to send spam; or to violate a third-party platform's terms. We may suspend or terminate an account that does.
We work to keep the Service up but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. If we discontinue a product you paid for, we will refund the unused portion of your term.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from inside the app. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, or if required by law.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Komodo Agents Inc is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or opportunities. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of one hundred US dollars or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
For apps obtained from the Apple App Store: this agreement is between you and Komodo Agents Inc only, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support for the app. Apple is not responsible for the app or any claim relating to it, including product liability, legal compliance, or intellectual property claims; any such claim is our responsibility. You must comply with the Apple Media Services Terms, and you confirm you are not located in a country subject to a US embargo or on a US prohibited-parties list. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. The equivalent applies to Google for apps obtained from Google Play.
We may update these terms. If a change is material we will update the date above and notify you in the product or by email. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
