What We Collect

• Account info: Email address, name (via Clerk authentication)
• Billing info: Payment method (processed by Stripe, we don't store card numbers)
• Usage data: Page views, feature usage (via PostHog analytics)

What We Don't Collect

• Your AI conversations — these stay on your agent's isolated instance
• Your API keys — these are stored on your agent, not our systems
• Your files and workspace data — these are on your agent's persistent storage

How We Use Your Data

• To provide and maintain the Service
• To process payments
• To send transactional emails (welcome, billing)
• To improve the Service based on usage patterns

Third Parties

• Stripe — payment processing
• Clerk — authentication
• Fly.io — agent hosting infrastructure
• Cloudflare — DNS, CDN, edge computing
• PostHog — product analytics
• Resend — transactional email
• Google (Gemini) — AI model provider (included with your agent)

Data Security

Each agent runs in an isolated environment on Fly.io. Secrets are encrypted at rest using AES-GCM in our vault. All connections use TLS.

Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. Agent data is deleted when you cancel your subscription. You may request data deletion at any time.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication (Clerk) and analytics cookies (PostHog). No advertising cookies.

Your Rights

You may access, update, or delete your personal data by contacting us. You may export your agent data at any time through the OpenClaw interface.
