How do I delete my account? In the app, open Settings and choose Delete account. This removes your content and your sign-in identity and cannot be undone. If you cannot get into the app, email us from the address you signed up with and we will do it for you.
How do I cancel a subscription? If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, cancel from your store account's subscription settings. If you subscribed on the web, open Settings in the app and manage your plan, or email us.
I forgot my password. Use the "forgot password" link on the sign-in screen. If you signed in with Google or Apple, use that button again — there is no separate password.
The assistant gave me something wrong. It can. Model output is a draft, not advice — check anything that matters. Send us the conversation and we will look at it.
